2/20/08-Space Shuttle/Number 7

As a special, yet educational treat Ms Apey turned the T.V. on and we witnessed the Space Shuttle Land....Ms. Apey told us how an astronaut trains for many years, and that there was an astronaut from Lynchburg aboard the Shuttle.

We clapped as it landed safely!

We stood behind our desk for the pledge. We then did our worksheets.
