7/23/08 Field Day/Cook out

Today we held the Kreative Kids First Annual Field Day. Each child had a mom or dad, or both in attendance as well as some grandparents. We had a great time doing differnt races and games.
We started off with our Opening Ceremonies. We marched out with "torches" to the NBS Olympic Music. We each got a tunr at lighting the flame.



After our flame was lit, we all said "The Pledge Of Allegiance"



Then we were off... we had solo races...



Races with our friends....



A sack race...




AND... the parents had races as well....here is an egg in the spoon race...





Then it was the kid's turn...




Then the parents had to run with a book on thier head..





We didn't really keep up with who won each race.. Ms Apey thinks we are all winners.
We each got a ribbon and a prize.









Then we enjoyed lots of good food and family time!
