9/30/08- Disaster on D Day

Today we came to school to find that our fish, swiper had Died. Ms Apey felt this was a Disaster because she Didn't know how to Dig the Dead fish out of the tank without a net. We used tongs and got Swiper out, but Ms Apey had to run out the Door because it made her sick!

After Ms Apey calmed Down, we shared our D items from home!


Kayden had a Dog and Kori had a Doll..

Mason shared his Duck, and Tristen had Dinosaurs...

Riley brought Dice...

Maddie brought her Daddy...

Austin had a Digo blankie and a Dog!

After story time we had worksheets. The younger kids colored Dumptrucks, and the older kids practiced writing the letter D.

Next we made a letter D book. We colored D pictures....

then we glued D pictures in our Word Bank.
