At lesson time we all gathered on the blue rug to talk about scissors. Ms Apey told us how to safely handle scissors...
She also explained that there are lots of different scissors, and that we should only use scissors when a responsible adult is around. We talked about things that are not good to cut like our own hair(or a friend's), our clothes , skin and furniture.
After we learned about scissors it was time to practice using them. We had sheets to color, and then we each got a turn to practice using scissors.
