2/19/09- Cooking Lessons

Today we had a fun cooking day. Ms Apey taught us all about recipes and why it is important to follow directions while cooking. SHe also talked about safety in the kitchen.
Today we made waffles. Each of us got a turn adding in different ingrediants.

We got to pick colored sprinkles and sugar to mix into the batter.

Shannen cooked the waffles so that we were safe from getting burned.

We each enjoyed our yummy and colorful waffles.
