9/15/09- New Things and Reading Groups

Here is some of oiur new things Apey and Shay Shay have been working on. We have a new "Classroom Jobs" board. We each get different jobs to do each day, like holding the flag or puching in the chairs. We also have a new behavior system. Each child has a worm with their name. Their worm needs to stay in the green to get a reward at the end of the day! We also have a new calnder area!

Emerson was our flag holder.


Lauren added the number 15 to our calendar.

We practiced our Zoophonics...

We broke into our reading groups for sight word practice and letter recognition practice.

We each had a worksheet to complete. The older kids got sight word sheets, and the younger kids practiced writing the letters A and B.
